Wizard of Oz type winds prevented me from running yesterday, so instead I devised a little workout of the day to do in the comfort (sort of) of my own living room. Honestly it winds me up when people claim they don’t have the space to workout at home. I accept that this is true in a few cases, but really if you have space to stretch your arms above your head and lie down flat on the floor, you have enough space to workout.
I did the workout photographed above. Each exercise for one minute, two rounds. It took 30 minutes altogether and I was sweating absolute buckets by the end of it. Just what I needed to dust off the cobwebs of my sometimes sullen mind.
